He spoke the Word of God to the Israelites who refused to listen to his warnings of looming disaster. The disposition is the thing that determines how the faculties are to be used. It is not a matter of "I plus the power of God." This same power is available to us today! It is the dominant quality, or qualities, distinguishing a person. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).
